Application Problem: The response, accuracy and resolution of competitor’s sensors was not great. The competitor’s sensors also gave false echoes.
Application History: On a vertical disc filter, the material being filtered is nickel concentrate. We measure the cake thickness to compensate for load to give a load independent moisture result.
Solution: ABM non-contact ultrasonic sensor (ABM300-148ULC2-PVPVC model) was used.
