Sanitary Ultrasonic Transducers

ABM’s ultrasonic air transducers offer superior performance and require no maintenance due to advanced technology. The transducers handle dust, moisture, vibrations, flooding, and high temperatures without fail, and have proven reliable across various industry applications.

The sanitary ultrasonic transducer is designed with a 316L stainless steel transducer face with 1 1/2″ or 2″ tri-clamp mounting for sanitary applications and withstands clean-in-place (CIP processes). SS316L high temperature nozzles can be used for process temperature up to 266°F (130°C). ABM’s custom OEM transducers can be customize to match our partner’s application need, delivering reliable operation in many applications.
