The Manhole Mounting bracket is used for water level monitoring applications in manholes where positioning the non-contact radar level sensor directly over the invert is necessary for accurate level measurements. The bracket is adjustable to aid with proper mounting of the sensor. An optional laser pointer with 2″ NPT thread is available for precise aiming in the center of the water channel.
The bracket has three components:
- A backing plate with four adjustable screws to adapt to uneven wall surfaces or slanted walls
- An adjustable hinged arm to position the sensor perpendicular to the water surface
- A sliding adaptor on the arm to align the sensor directly over the water channel / invert
